After 15 years of using this vet I am very disappointed with the service now. There has been a big turnover of staff and the customer customer service I am receiving is unacceptable. Very long wait times for an appointment even when my pet was in pain and not eating. Actively looking for another vet!
With arbor view, we always get poor service. It’s either we arrive early or arrive late for our appointment, we always gets ignored and have to wait. Never a minute early for us, we are always the last one to be taken care of. It could be that we are a people of color that we get discriminated all the time. Yes, that I know! We are always discriminated at this place. Never a good service, always a bad experience. Well, for those who put in a 5 star for arbor view, they are probably not brown.

My highly strung Rhodesian did not like being taken from me and became so nervous that the Vet commented on her tachycardia. I have always been with her when we went for visits and she is nervous with me there, but I can calm her. Because of Covid we can no longer do visits with her. This is not optimal.

I brought my dog in to have a wound examined. The "vet" who came to my car never mentioned the wound but wanted to provide services I did not want. I asked him if he had checked with Loomis, my regular vet clinic, to see if my dog needed what he suggested doing. He admitted he had not and proceeded to administer an inoculation. I didn't like him and won't be back, and will not refer friends and relatives to Arbor. .

If you're looking for a pretentious attitude and poor service this is the place. Every time I've called in to make an appointment or ask a question about my dog's prescription it's incredibly frustrating dealing with the front desk people. They are very short and matter of fact. My wife and I both had this experience on separate occasions.
