Company came and gave me a quote. I agreed to the quote. They text me saying they were coming on a Tuesday after 12:30. Tuesday came and they did not show. I text and asked if they were still coming they said they were stuck on a job. Told them ok to reschedule. Did not hear back from them, text them again to see if there was a date set to remove my tree and no response. Terrible communication from this company.
UPDATE : The owners of Arborman refunded me fully including for the tools. The person quoting and doing the job no longer works there (prior to my giving feedback actually). While they will paint a very nice picture in getting your business and giving you an estimate, the follow through is unprofessional, discourteous and all around disappointing.

They did a fantastic job, and were very polite.
Curt was 2 hours late to the appointment. The communications within his company is lacking. It took three trips to get the job performed as we discussed and agreed upon. I was harassed for payment, but based upon previous experience once you pay you will never hear from Curt or Jessica and the job never get done to customer satisfaction.
I have no problem with their actual work but I wish whoever they donated the wood to would come pick it up it's been 7 days and I was told it would be picked up within three days. I've called Arborman but they haven't responded.
The large tree trim was good, but the small tree and shrub trimming was poor.
Arborman Tree company left massive tree trunk didn't cut them into firewood size still waiting for them to come back and do it. It's been over a month They ruined my gate then came back out charge me $60 plus I bought the 4 x 4's and 2 x 4's and concrete to fix it and still messed it up and will not do nothing about it. I had to stop payment, I just feel they got my money and didn't care.
