It was a very good experience with your crew. **** took plenty of time to be sure to plant this replacement tree at the correct depth. He was concerned that the trunk has a curve in it and told me that if the tree seems to lean too much, to contact Arbortec and one of the crew will come out to add another post to help straighten the tree.

The crew went over the top with detail, professionalism and cleanup. I was amazed at how long they spent trimming my tree and how clean the property was when they left. That's exceptional service that you don't find much any more.

Arbortec showed up on time, did the work requested, and did a thorough cleanup (much appreciated). They also disposed of some limbs that came down in the December wind storms. I will gladly recommend them.

The two workers who pruned trees in my backyard yesterday were stellar. They clearly knew about trees and were efficient and careful. They were also cheerful and positive, even working in 20 degrees in snow.
