From the first meeting to see the facility my parents, myself and brother felt very welcomed. We had a very detailed extensive tour meeting residents and staff along the way. Came back another time with parents and close family friend and received the same welcoming and even more detailed tour. Each time my parents felt more and more comfortable with a difficult decision to downsize and make a big move.

Clean environment. Staff friendly and professional. Residents can be as involved as they want. Food good with lots of variety including gluten free. No entrance fee with 30 day notice to move. Flexible lifestyle.

This place is so beautiful and active. If that’s not what you’re looking for then that’s okay because they have other things to do and if you just want to relax you can do that here too mom. They supply everything you need here to live comfortably and you will make lots of new friends here.

Although my sister came to Arbour Square with a lot of reservations, the staff were great at connecting her with other residents and helping her settle in. She is much happier than she’s been in a long time.

When visiting friends, they exuded overall happiness with their new home. It impressed me as well as a wonderful place to live. Their apartment was lovely. The luncheon that Arbour Square provided for us was great. Everyone was very friendly, the staff knew the names of all of the residents that passed by us on our tour of the place. That impressed me, so many activities available to keep people out of their apartments and enjoying time with their friends. Great maintenance and willingness to help. Staff was great. Remember this is when I get there. Many of the tenants were friendly but had issues and so I left due to it and the rising cost. Many residents were very old and I’m only in my 60s. I thought it would be Senior apartment living but it was not.

I have lived at Arbour Square for 1and 1/2 yr. I found many kind, friendly and happy residents who have helped me to also have a happy life since I was very sad and lonely after my husband Tom passed in [date removed]. I like the activities that are offered, the wonderful musicians and bands that come to entertain us. The fitness center is great. The staff and all the people who work here are great and helpful.
