I purchased a machine for my grandchildren for Christmas. I had to ring twice for some set up instructions and garath?? Was quite rude and made me feel like I was so dumb. He kept saying, " as per the video", well I'm a 65 year old grandma who isn't very computer literate and sometimes it's nice to actually speak to a human for help. The machine seems great but not so much the person who sold it to me unfortunately. No people skills at all.
