Price a lot of time higher than any where. Because is beside me any thing I need I ask them first if good price I buy but almost 90 % I get it cheaper from different stores . Last thing I got it 20% cheaper from different store without any discount

Its alot of arch auto parts in brooklyn, this is the SLOWEST/WORST ONE, there could be no customers inside and your still standing there for 30 minutes everyone staring at you like your dumb, go to literally any arch other than this one
Great customer service
I come here as a last resort to get car parts my mechanic or dealer can't get. Sometimes just for motor oil and small items because they're in the neighborhood. However I don't like coming here. The register staff is gruff and standoffish, their customer service is lousy. EVERY TIME I COME HERE regardless of how many customers are in the store, I have a sizable wait. At times there are 3 or 4 associates doing NOTHING behind the counter and just refuse to come to the register to ring up anyone's items. Many times I see people... read more
