My wife & I ride recumbent trikes , specifically TerraTrike Rovers. Now that Archer's carries and services these trikes and is located in the east valley, it has become my "go to" bike shop for service. They will typically quote you a two week turnaround on repairs so that's a bit of a downer but my latest repair was spot on two weeks. Not a happy customer. Paid $230 to have bike tuned and the had a list of what they do for the tune up and they only changed the tube and put new brake pads on it. Salesman Travis and Anthony said the bike would look new. I picked up the bike and my fault for not checking and assuming they do what they say they were going to, I’ll list the items below. Poor customer service. No one knows what they’re doing and they tried to change the price after I already paid. Then threatened to dissemble my brakes. I will never go there again!
Worst experience I’ve ever had came in for a rear brake on an E Bike fixed.They up charged me for a tuneup for $200. They called me to pick it up 2 weeks later I get in the parking lot and they didn’t even tighten the bolts on the rear tire soon as I hit the accelerator the whole tire came off the back. They ended up having to replace the whole tire and wheel and motor and still didn’t even replace the brake pads. Took bike in to have both tires tube replaced. They said it would be an hour or so and they would call when ready but they never called so i went to pick up next day. They said the front tire was flat so they would fix, after waiting 40 minutes I asked whats taking so and soon after they brought it out. Who knows what really happened. The person that actually helped me apologized and I appreciate that. However, the manager did nothing but come up with excuses.
Very friendly and no bullshit they are very helpful and I got a great deal!
