You manufactured and installed shutters for both my front door and my bedroom last year. I am a repeat customer. Now I am being told that you have a four room minimum. This is a big mistake going forward. Business is good right now but when things slow down, your customers will remember your attitude. I have recommended you to many of my friends and neighbors. I will never recommend you again.

Hello Mrs Spitzer, It seems we have a misunderstanding here. We have never turned down business of any size that we were capable of. That includes 1 window. I think the confusion here is that we try to put appointments together geographically. So, if someone wants one or two windows measured, we will check our calendar to find when we will be in their area and schedule accordingly.
