I contacted them and sent photos of my windows, which are not your standard windows, they got back to me right away with an estimate. When I accepted their estimate, they set up a date only a few weeks away because it was a small job. They did a fantastic job, had no problem removing and reinstalling the storms, and even did the window sills. The men were very polite. I would definitely recommend Arco Cleaning.
