Although an expensive but looks elegant and good quality! On the second floor, there was a huge sale on a big backyard cage from $11,000 to $2,000 only!! Could not buy it bacause got my Patio just a few weeks earlier ☹️

Regrettable experience, not once but twice! Purchased furniture on 2 separate occasions and both products were delivered with defects. This of course led to further delays, frustration, and needless stress. To make matters worse, one furniture piece was non replaceable due to "the vendor is no longer making this frame" per the Concierges Market Representative. They have nice styling for sure, but the quality of their furniture is very poor and customer service is avoidant. I bought a $4500 couch in November of 2019 and the couch looks terrible! It's only used lightly by two adults, no kids and no pets and the cushions started sagging within a year!!! A year! Customer service just stopped returning my emails and has ignored my queries for solutions. I would avoid buying from them.

Pricey but nice furniture. I'm not that familiar with furniture shopping experiences, and my experience may have just been the norm. However, I found the salespeople to be rather aggressive in trying to 'tag' a customer as their own customer. They barely let us walk in the door before they pounced. Eventually, they got the message to let us look around by ourselves and allow us to come to them with questions.
