Very nice selection of furniture that spans across two different floors. We did not end up buying from here but the service was very nice and helpful at the store while we were there looking.

For years, I've been very happy with this company. However, I recently was gifted a mirror that arrived factory defective and while the "concierge" agrees it appears factory defective, they refuse to replace it because they can't determine if the piece was damaged during shipping or not. So today, I disassembled the piece and put it back together successfully fixing the issue, only to then find that the glass isn't even symmetrical and looks like something that belongs in a carnival. Don't overpay for this imported garbage

The buying experience was great, our salesperson was great, the furniture is high quality and justifies the high price and long wait for delivery. Unfortunately, after the sale, customer service is almost non-existent. One of the pieces we ordered was not the same as it was in the showroom. You would think that was an easy fix, but it has been a couple weeks and we keep getting passed around from person to person. We have purchased a lot of furniture from Arhaus in the last 5 years and, most recently, a lot of furniture for our new home in the South. We have always worked with Beth and she's a delight! Given supply chain problems, we ordered everything in April so it would be in by the time our home was finished in November. We love our new things, thank you Arhaus for yet another positive experience!!
