We have been customers for 20 years and have owned several sectionals. This year our cat ruined the latest sectional and the insurance policy was being difficult. They stepped up and sent a brand new sectional- we are so thankful as the other was destroyed. We will never shop anywhere else.
Do not purchase at this location. My family have bought furniture from Arhaus Phipps Plaza store and had a positive experience and love their furniture style. We decided to come to the Alpharetta location to browse and had selected a few items. Biggest regret ……. I made a purchase for furniture in what I thought to be a reputable establishment in May. I was told by the associate that the furniture was in stock and I would receive it the following week. Here we are three months later and I still do not have my furniture. I have to call the associate every week to get an update. I have tried to get a replacement , something to substitute And was told they would give me a 10% discount as if that would solve the problem. “Never judge a book by its cover”. This adage fits Arhaus perfectly. The furniture selection & quality seems to be impeccable. However, The service and response is absolutely abhorrent. We ordered furniture & paid 50% deposit only to get 14 week leadtime and no follow up. When we tried to cancel -we got a receipt for credit but no refund on credit card as of yet after 4 weeks. I have had the absolute WORST customer experience ever from this store and I would recommend highly you take your money elsewhere. They took a $7000 order from me July 5, 2019 and told me to except furniture in 8-12 weeks. I heard no update, not a word, so I called at 12 weeks. They told me it has a promise date of 11/2, there was a delay, easily I would have it for the holidays. 11/2 comes and goes, no update, no call, nothing. They delivered a defective product to me with a hidden defect. They now refuse to fix it bc I didn’t discover what was hidden from me, but should have been known to them. Leafs don’t fit in table. They delivered replacement table when pedestal split on 1st one, but didn’t replace leafs. They know leafs are custom to each table, but I didn’t. They didn’t deliver new ones. I go to use my leafs (from 1st table) and they don’t fit. Arhaus says SOL.

I have to agree with others about this store. I ordered a King bed in August, they said it would be delivered in October. Now it's "Thanksgiving" delivery. I wish I had seen the reviews and I would have shopped elsewhere, I recognize the lack of accountability with Arhaus.
So disappointed... we were very excited to find a round dining table that my wife had been all over looking for, to go in our new house. Placed and order for dining set, and went ahead and included furniture for our bedroom too. Table was delivered, with two chairs missing, they magically didn't make it into the truck... never understood or explained why... Original order was placed in April.
