Robin is absolutely wonderful and has answered every question I have had in a timely manner. My husband and I had the best experience getting married at the Piazza. We had a relatively short engagement and the staff at the Piazza were able to help us walk through every step during that season of our lives. We had so much fun going to the food tastings and meetings. The rehearsal went so smooth. My wedding coordinator, Lorna, handled everything perfectly! Our wedding was this May, and it was the best day of my life! Not only did I get to marry the man of my dreams, we had an amazing wedding at the Piazza!!!!!!!! We looked at several venues in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, and let's just say that the Piazza in the Village was the best decision we made. We looked all over Dallas for the perfect venue and were absolutely taken by Piazza in the Village. The chandeliers and vaulted ceilings in the chapel and the elegance of the lighting in the ballroom won us over instantly. At a great expense, we had a wonderful wedding. I called in for a quote to have my wedding and reception here and was transferred to Robin. She sent me the exact proposal within an hour and emailed back and forth with me on trying to get everything the way i wanted. Finally we booked an appointment for me to come and look at it/sign the contract with my fiance even though he and I had attended a wedding there before. 3 days before our appointment, Robin emailed me saying that there was another couple there looking at the venue for our date. I was so amazed at how perfect Laura and the rest of the Piazza staff made our wedding!! Everything was absolutely beautiful and we couldn't have been happier. I decided to book with the Piazza because of how gorgeous the venue is and I am so glad that I did! The beauty of the place is not even what I was most pleased with in the end, it was the service and how amazing everyone that works there really made it our special day and bent over backwards for us throughout the whole planning process and the night of. I had my wedding the day after Valentines day in the morning and I have to say the Piazza staff did a remarkable job at making sure everything went smoothly. I cannot give enough props to Laura and the other staff. She made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be and that everything happened in a timely manner. I had so many compliments about my wedding and I couldn't have done it without their help. Just got married about 2.5 weeks ago and could not ask for a better place to get married! Everything was beautiful and went so smoothly! Laura was my planner and she was absolutely AMAZING! Would recommend this venue to anyone!
