Great place to live! Awesome maintenance team! I’ve been at Arium 3 years now! I rarely have to call maintenance for anything because Greg stays on top of keeping this property amazing however, when I do have to call for something they are quick, flexible, and extremely polite. Greg and his team are on it! Greg in particular is personable and really cares about people and the work that he does. I guess that’s why I keep renewing! I feel at home and we’ll taken care of here!

Great Experience I recently moved into the property 4 months ago (from out of state) the staff made the move/transition very easy and seamlessly. Everyone was helpful and responded to all my inquiries.
I have LOVED living at Rosewood! Great amenities, clean facilities and super helpful staff! Everyone is complaining about the fire alarms, and it is annoying in the middle of the night, but at least they work! It is in the perfect location for shopping, dining and is in the middle of a great neighborhood! I have always felt super safe and parking has never been an issue. Best choice in Brookhaven!

Might as well start with the location as that will be the major draw for most renters. The location is perfect. The MARTA is a 4 minute walk all the way from apartment door to the train platform. I am required to travel frequently so I really valued the convenience and taxi/parking savings to and from the airport. You are also a 2-3 minutes walk from the Dresden Dr. attractions like Savi, Haven, Verde, Kaleidoscope and so on. It's not much more of a walk in the other direction to Hudson Grille, Mellow Mushroom and all the ot... read more

Attractive complex, well maintained. perfect location.. but pricey. The location is perfect. The MARTA is a 4 minute walk all the way from apartment door to the train platform. Great place to live! This is an amazing place to live. Great staff and amenities! Also, a quiet complex in that it is well built. There is also a sense of community with the residents.
