I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience living at Cary Park. Jonathan the property manager was always quick and attentive to any concerns I had pop up, and Garrett the head of maintenance, promptly took care of any work requests I made. I never had issues with bugs, or neighbors/noise (outside of your standard wall/ceiling sharing - but that comes with apartment living!) I've experienced difficult property management teams before, but this is by far the WORST management I've ever dealt with. They don't respond to phone calls or emails. They don't address concerns within an appropriate timeline. We had several maintenance requests during our time living here that didn't get taken care of for around 2 months that lead to property damage in our apartment. Just moved here in January and I have to say this apartment complex is pretty sweet. Managment is on point and the Maintenance here is very very Persistent with getting things done. You put in your order in and a day or two mostly a day Damien and his partner are there to fix what ever is going on with. Great attitude. Thanks guys.
This apartment complex is horribly mismanaged. They sent us the wrong contract for renewal and it was delayed to send to us. Previously we had issues with maintenance issues not being addressed for 2 months which caused property damage. We moved out because they stated that we didn't qualify for the early renewal due to their error. We moved out in september and now in January were randomly sent a bill for just south of $2k. DO NOT MOVE HERE. If I could give a 01 would. There's trash everywhere, I even found a needle while I was taking my dog out! I submitted a maintenance request over 30 days ago because my washer machine stopped working and I was told somebody was going to take a look at it (4 times) and nobody even showed up, their answer? "We are busy". They do not care about their residents at all.
