Office staff are no help and prejudice. They are quick to say meaningless sorry but refuses to correct the issues. The 3rd party providers have more say so than the tenants who are paying their hard own money to reside there!!! Avoid this location!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I would rather live in a cardboard box along the freeway than ever live here again. I don’t even know where to start with issues. The gate is always broken, either coming in or leaving. And parking is impossible. They assigned me a parking spot on the other side of the complex when I was one of the first residents. I came home one day to all the uncovered parking taking so I parked temporarily in a covered spot and came out to my vehicle towed. They gave me no notice and left me scrambling. These apartments are the absolute WORST. This place is SO poorly run. Leasing staff blames everything on corporate and have no real answers or solutions to any of the problems they cause. Do not move here if you have a dog- they claim to be pet friendly but they have signs everywhere that say "pleas don't "water" our plants or rocks-check out our dog park" - this clearly shows they are clueless about dogs because if they think I'm gonna make my dog hold his pee in until we walk to the OTHER SIDE of the apartment complex then... read more
