Excellent place to live After almost 4 years living in this place .. I have to say is really comfortable, big apt, everything is close to you like supermarkets and malls , even Disney spring.. really nice schools for kids ...!!! 4 pools 2 tennis court gym are part of the complex .. I recommend it for everyone!!
Wonderful location/ great staff This community is by far my favorite that I have ever lived in. The size of the apartments are extremely spacious and the price is great for this area. The staff are detail oriented and always helpful . The management team seems to care about the residents at all times. I had a minor maintenance request and it was fixed within one business day. place to stay Its a very nice community. *pet friendly community *staffs are really helpful *maintenance is excellent *apartments are little old. *4 big pools *very nice atmosphere, little away from the rush of orlando downtown, but very close to disney and other theme parks *apartments are spacious *have a play area, tennis court, and a pet area *schools are near and top rated
Alexandria The complex is excellent, amenities are always clean and up kept. The people are nice and professional. They could improve their communication and updates when it comes to apartment service request. Overall this complex is great to live in, apartments are spacious and clean, remodeled, and various range for rent. It is very affordable as well.
Renter I have no complaints. Everyone from the front office and maintenance has been kind and helpful. There is a courtesy officer. Which is nice to know. Only about 6 miles from Walt Disney World. Once a month they change the air filter and spray for bugs. Never seen any bugs. Once a year they inspect the apartment for safety, damages, and safety.
First Apartment- Love it I just moved in May 2015, and so far I love it! The staff is super nice, maintenance is really quick with fixing any issues, and it's a quiet nice neighborhood. Definitely plan on living here for a while!
Lisa for the Win Relocating from out of state is never a picnic. But with the help and guidance of an excellent leasing agent at a wonderful apt community, the task becomes more bearable. Lisa at Alexandria Parc Vue walked us through every step and made our transition seamless. We chose this community for it's great location and ended up pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service experience. two thumbs up!
Never Recommend A BIG NO NO NO for this apartment. (zero or negative star) Generally, I never give any reviews to apartments, but I want you to not face the same problem that I did. I applied for one apartment 1 month ago and paid for the application fee and admin fee. And I tried to reach out to the office with more than 100 calls, text messages, and emails. Leaks & Poor Management I’ve had a leak for months now and have been reporting it to maintenance for months. I’ve had mold, from the leak, since February and maintenance lied to me and said they fixed the leak and took care of the mold. All they did was paint over it. One rainy day and the leak is back. They never answer the phone. They don’t help you when you physically go in. Very rude. Would not recommend.
