RecommendedI have lived at Caribbean Isle for over 15 years and I love it here!! The front office staff is wonderful if you need anything they make sure it gets done. They just upgraded the gym and I'm so glad because that's where I go after one of their pizza and Ice cream parties they have LOL!!!
Llevo 4 fumigaciones para eliminas cucarachas y no sirve de nada, no te toman en cuenta cuento les vas a hablar de la plaga de cucarachas que tienen en los apartamentos y la única opción que me dan es dejar el apartamento y pagar una multa de $3.500 Le envío fotos, videos y después de cada supuesta fumigación aparecen más cucarachas, esto ya es un plaga en la gran mayoría de las torres.

Our lease ended in July and 2 months later they are billing us $1,200 (plus we know nothing about our deposit), by a credit agency, they have NEVER called in 2 months to tell us we owed anything. Have called multiple times and they promise an email with the charges and they NEVER send it. Now we received a lawyer's letter. So with all the problems they have with the apartments and their customer service on top they will send a credit agency to charge you a thousand dollars without even telling you first. I came to visit my mom, who is elderly, for a few nights. My mom is the cleanest person I know. She is OCD about it. I was aghast when I was watching TV with her, and saw a parade of cockroaches crossing from one wall to the other. Mom said she had her apartment fumigated 3 times by management, plus she sprays every night. She has everything in plastic bags or Tupperware sealed. She doesn't know what else to do. My son and his wife have been waiting for their deposit since February. Every week they come up with a different story “dont k le where the money is” “sent it to yhe the wrong address” “don’t remember if it was sent ot not”. I called to find out what was happening as they are young and they were not able to provide me with corporate numbers ot manangers name.
I lived here for three yrs and I was very disappointed last year when this people came to lived up stairs they where rude and disrespectful and the management never did anything this people even do pip at the door at my apt I will never recommended this complex � apt 116 the people of upstairs they drive me crazy.
La peor administración que e conocido en mi vida es la de este lugar, tramposos e irresponsables, falta de honestidad y mantenimiento en tan viejas facilidades. No recomiendo este lugar para vivir y mucho menos si pareces de condiciones respiratorias ya que las unidades de aire están llenas de hongos por lo conductos y todo el sistema de aire es viejo y obsoleto.
I've been living in these apartments for 5 years and I never had a problem until the beginning of this year. My AC unit went down in my apartment and they came to replace it with a BROKEN motor!! My apartment has been 80 degrees (I'm not even joking) for the last 9 months and I've called the office multiple times, placed service requests more than 11 times, and even spoke to the "Property Manager" (his name was Daryl) and NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!!
