The grounds are gorgeous and the gym is amazing. The community itself is very diverse and close-knit group of people. I’ve lived here through several owners, and this is the best management team, and nicest the community has looked ever. I love. It here!
I recently moved into SeaGlass at Ponte Vedra on 7/7/2018. When I signed my lease Ryan, the asst property manager, said welcome to our community. When visiting my apartment during the rennovation the leasing manager, Lindsay, again said "welcome to our community". After I moved in I found out what they meant. I thoroughly enjoy my new found place in Ponte Verde the people are friendly, kind and compassionate. The management team of John, Lindsay, Ryan and Summer truly make this a community. Apartments are nice/clean and the staff is great! We moved here for the school district and fell in love with the area as well.

Love the Friendly community,floor plans,clean grounds,great New Gym, pool and beautiful clubhouse w/ Starbucks coffeee! Awesome and pleasant office staff (makes sure all your needs are met ASAP)and Prompt and efficient Maintenace Team. Check it out! Did I mention close to Beach access and stores! Yes... I renewed my lease ! Great place to live!!

Hi ,I moved from NJ last year to Seaglass Apts...Alittle nervous because I did not know any one,But when I arrived the Staff were so very kind,Maintence were very punctional with repairs..but there weren't any ..My apartment was beautiful.And I renewed my lease for another 14 monthsandhope to renew next year as well ... very close to shopping and beach,has a pool and fitness center and ..Well how can I say "I have never been this Happy ....Pls come take a look and I am sure you will feel the same way I do ...
