Moved here because it was in a convenient proximity to the freeways and downtown with a reasonable price. Unfortunately, it’s not worth it if you don’t like to deal with constantly waiting on the office to fix problems with the apartment (like a leaking sink and unfulfilled lease renewal bonuses). Seven months I have been waiting on a list of problems to resolve. Also there are two pools and neither have been usable since 2020. I’m surprised that more of the reviews don’t mention roaches as they were unbearable. I do not live here anymore but the roaches and the lack of responsive maintenance were the 2 worst parts of living here. Fortunately, I never had anything major happen with my A/C or heat. Management was unresponsive but it did seem to get better towards the end of my lease. Also my bathroom was very outdated and ugly even though the kitchen was updated. I’ve only been here a month and these guys already have blew my previous place of living out of the water! The team here is professional, friendly, and above all else proactive. I have thoroughly enjoyed my first month and believe that this is only the first of many to come! Oh and did I mention there are two 9 foot pools on the property!!
I was so excited to move in here last June because it was my first apartment by myself. That excitement quickly dried up after moving in. I've seen others complain about the pools being closed in these reviews, but that was only my first complaint here. I got a solid two or three weeks to enjoy the one functional pool in the complex before it was also closed. Then, the first cold snap came, and my heat went out. Living here for the past two years has been a great experience. My apartment has been affordable, spacious, and quiet. The location is central to crossroads and downtown Raleigh with an route 40 down the road. You can walk to Lake Johnson and the Greenway. The staff at the leasing office have always been friendly and maintenance is responsive.
