Home away from home I recently moved from NYC, my experience so far has been excellent, the staff at the leasing office is very professional and made the process of renting for me very comfortable and easy, i have been living at the apartment for a few months now and am delighted with the place, everything is comfortable and when i have needed anything to be looked at or fixed which doesnt happen often the maintenance crew is also very professional as well as being very quick with answering the maintenance request. lack of security It's not safe my car was scratched several times no the security camera the management of the condominium is terrible when I moved here I thought it would be perfect but it turned into a nightmare unfortunately I don't recommend living here anymore

Roach Motel This place looks nice in pictures and office staff is nice at first. Once you move in everything changes. You pay for valet trash service they never pick up the trash. Filthy, lazy neighbors leave their trash out and the local wildlife eat through the bags and leave a mess. Contacting the management office to complain doesn't work. They don't come out to check and nothing gets done. They never clean the breeze ways or make an effort to maintain the complex. This place only increases fees and rent but don't give a... read more

Communication Nightmare The communication from the staff and follow up on maintenance is terrible. Each member of the staff gives you different answers. Leaving this place was a true blessing.

Nasty place It was terrible and nasty and had roaches and dirty water. Do not live here.

Not a professional staff. I do not recommend this apartment complex. Everyone was so nice in the beginning, but that quickly went downhill when roaches were all over my apartment the day I moved in. They did move us to another apartment, but then things were old and outdated. Shirley is an amazing staff member, but everyone else never responded to emails and the manager, Nancy, was nice in the beginning but avoided us after the second move. I highly suggest not living here.

It’s the worst Had so many issues with this property it’s unbelievable. There’s always something that involves cops and there’s never parking at night. And the unit inside are very outdated and definitely not worth the money plus there’s always a roaches problem

Worst apartment complex to live in My boyfriend and I are currently still living here and I wish we weren't. They are terrible at giving you any kind of notice as to when they are having an "inspection" of the apartment. It's probably suppose to be 24 hours notice but they slide a paper in your door less than 12 hours in advance. There have been multiple occasions where we believe maintenance or whoever is in charge of the apartments has come in and left foreign objects in our apartment such as a female catheter, twice. CRIME CRIME CRIME I have lived at this complex for 6 years. I used to love it here. The complex is well maintained, beautiful landscape, and great neighbors. But within the last year, the complex has taken a huge plunge! The crime rate has increased Dramatically, yet the residents are not being fully informed properly!
