Pretty disappointed in Dr Brarr she sent me to another dr to get something fixed he wouldn’t do it he said she had to do it and she refused. She also had the nerve to tell me I need to lose weight

Every year we have problems with the office the first year was billing not correct billing was done, which caused insurance to deny the claim. Second year we were driving to appointment and cancelled while we pulled in parking lot. This year I just needed an extension of her prescription till she came home from school in nov/dec and they would not do it. I have given multiple chances with this office. I wasn’t even transferred to nurse this was office staff whom I talked with..

absolute worse customer service in my life!!! She was not compassionate at all and made me feel like my symptoms were in my head. She wrongly diagnosed me and a year later I am being told that my Fallopian tube and ovary have to be removed. I’m heartbroken that because this Incompetent woman wasn’t taking me serious I am now dealing with a worse scenario then when I came to her a year ago. Not to mention my scans and blood work were abnormal and she did NOTHING about it.

I can honestly say I have NEVER met a doctor so rude in my life. My sister was in labor for over 40 hours, so by the time it came time for her to push it was an exciting time. Dr. Syers walks in, is coughing everywhere, doesn’t introduce herself, nothing. Doesn’t say a word to any of us. Didn’t say a word to my sister between contractions, didn’t give her direction, nothing. She crossed her arms and looked at the wall in between contractions. I wish I had more room to write, there’s more. BAD.

The office staff appears to be incompetent. I had a simple routine test done over a week ago and no one could tell me what the results were a week later. When I asked the staff. I was told the results were not back yet but they would call to find out the status and call me back later that day. Needless to say, I have yet to receive a phone call from anyone. I initially rated this office with 5 stars. However in hindsight, I would now give it 2 stars. I would not recommend this office
