Very disappointing lately. I have been a patient of this practice for over 15 years. Something has changed recently. I paid over $5000 to have my teeth aligned (they don't use Invisalign, but the same method). I got to the "end" of my treatment and my bottom teeth are still not entirely straight. I asked about this and the said they would do some refinements and get me a few new trays. That was 4+ months ago. Still no new trays. The front desk staff was rude. Girl with blue hair had an attitude. I waited 30 minutes before I was seen. I'm sure if I had been 30 minutes late I would have been charged for a cancelled appointment. But they can take their time. They said they weren't sure if I was done with my paper work. It was not a liability form, it was my name, address and phone number and email. Apparently Dentist's can't do their job without that? They had already taken my ID though.
