I was very happy with Dr. Withrow and the staff. However, I've had an experience that left a terrible taste in my mouth (pun intended). They have a 48-hour cancellation fee. That's stricter than most but not unfair. I signed the papers months ago and of course I didn't remember that detail. When they called with the reminder, I asked if I could cancel. I could write an entire, scholarly essay about how awful my experience was so let me just hit the lowest points. She recommended a procedure that she had no business doing and when FOUR specialists discouraged the procedure, she refused to admit she made a mistake. The office billed me $275 for an appliance for a surgery that was not booked and ultimately should not be done. They have been great intill my last dental appointment on 7/27/18 which was canceled when I did not cancel it. They even had me wait in the lobby and then called back to the dental chair to only tell me that I was on the schedule anymore. What kind of sorry business ethics and professionalism is this and will not be back to say the least. If you want the whole story feel free to look at my Facebook page jlw2004.
My husband went for a root canal and she did not get all of the root out and the crown fell off after one week. He will have to have another root canal done. Will not be going back.

I have been there only once and liked the entire staff other than the male who works at the front desk. I do not have dental insurance and went there a year ago out of convenience. I walked there. Now I am forced to have surgery at Vanderbilt due to TMJ. I called and also dropped by asking for my xrays that I paid for. He told me I would have to pay $25.
