Introduction and getting set up for the apartment was a nightmare and expensive. Tried to set up auto bill pay on day we signed lease but the web site was not working properly. Lady at front desk could not figure it out so we had to wait until later. Moved my daughter in to her first apartment on a Monday. My father had leg amputation on Thursday same week due to cancer.
