Armadillo Properties have been so far the best property rentals to rent through. I have been with them for over a year and have moved into two different place. The application process is super easy with a turnaround time of less than 40 hours. Skylar’s communication skills and attention to detail make her a valuable support to the team and a welcoming first point of contact for anyone entering the office. Overall, Skylar has proven to be a dependable and efficient team member.
Just overall rude. Work orders get completed but they have no respect for tenants. Every month a maintenance person comes without warning to change the air filter. I once was upstairs in my shower when I heard someone using their key to enter my home If I hadn’t rushed downstairs to lock my top lock a man who I did not know would’ve seen me naked. I’ve been here going on 3 years now and in the beginning they used to call ahead to inform or ask permission but they don’t do that anymore. Very disappointing
Armadillo has managed my properties since 2005 and I can say from experience that I have literally never been disappointed, and instead, have been quite pleased with how well tenants are screened and taken care of once moved in. The high-quality units I strive for are well maintained, with reported tenant issues quickly resolved.
