Great service and food quality is always consistent.

Returning to Arnette's after a nearly two-year hiatus, I joined a friend for a light bite at the upstairs bar. The menu had seen a few changes since my last visit, and I was eager to dive in. The fried lobster appetizer was succulent and hard to resist devouring entirely, I had to remind myself to share. I went to celebrate a birthday. We placed our order and when it was time to get our entrees and sides there was a minor glitch. One of the sides was not put in as requested. The actions that were taken and the importance to that minor mishaps were simply incredible. In less than 2 minutes our side arrived with apologies for the "great" miss and they also gave us a piece of cake to further apologize. Nice place. Seems to be very upscale but seating is not so desirable. I would prefer more space between and more booths. Overall experience was great tho. Food was great. I would go back.
The food always exquisite and the service was definitely top tier. Our server, Deborah, was fantastic!
My husband and I booked reservations to celebrate our wedding anniversary and his birthday. The experience was fantastic and our server David W. provided us with service excellent! The entire staff from entering to leaving was pleasant and professional. Had a marvelous time and will return.
This is an excellent restaurant for steaks. The service is excellent. However, it was a bit noisy.
Ask for Chris. His level of hospitality is unmatched. He is personable, funny, and knowledgeable of the menu and restaurant. The service was great and the food was excellent.
