Meal was very good but not worth the prices they are charging. Wagyu beef special was not described as very heavy with fat and one person disliked it. Restaurant did reduce the bill for that item. The sides are for the table so do not order many as you will have many left-overs. All-in-all, meal OK but expensive.
Treat restaurant for my wife and me - i.e., we don't eat steak or red meat often, but when we do, Arnette's is at the top of our list. Cannot go wrong either with KC Strip or the Cowboy ribeye, medium rare - ever. Wide selection of appetizers, went for the James River (I grew up in Richmond) oysters, brussel sprouts and wedge salad. Had a great time. Our server Hector was outstanding, he made fantastic recommendations both for food & drinks and was equally attentive. We were a 5-person group and everyone enjoyed their meals (filet, cowgirl ribeye, NY strip, & red snapper). I wish my filet had a some more seasoning/flavor but it was cooked to perfection. Sides are family style so we were able to taste a few and the oysters were super fresh. All in all, a great meal, at beautiful place, with really good food, and fantastic service.

I asked a buddy, what was the best restaurant he ever experienced in his life, and he replied Annette’s. So I had to try it out, and oh my god! The food, the service, the decor?!? 10 stars out of 5!
The service experience was great. The food & drinks were amazing. Wifey lobster pasta came out a little soupy. The Staff was quick to respond and remade it very quickly. Our waitress was great & attentive . We came here for a birthday and the staff made my wife birthday that much better. Thank you all
Outstanding service by Adam along with the great food!
The menu was limited however the service was friendly. There was a hair in my partners birthday dessert so that was disheartening. The wait staff did not bother to comp the dessert. I ordered dover sole. The description did not include cherry tomato’s. I am allergic to tomato’s which posed another problem. I like the ambiance and location is off the beaten path.
Great restaurant. Excellent food and service. Nevwe has a bad meal here.
