Jim Bucker is my Service Adviser and always gives the best advice and service. I have had Jim for over twenty years and have always been happy with his service. This last service was no exception. His attention to detail is remarkable. and appreciated. He is the reason I travel from North Scottsdale to drive to Arrowhead Cadillac for my service.
I felt very comfortable that they would service the car according to its needs -- 40,000 mile service. It took a really long time but they did a great job washing the car before I left. The little sandwiches and ice cream were worth the wait.
