Thorough , professional , done ahead of schedule , was provided new loaner vehicle , and car cleaned nicely . Job was completed at price discussed , couldn't have asked for anything better.

It was acceptable service, nothing out of the ordinary, nothing to be impressed. Service was performed in professional manner, a little bit longer than I was promised. I noticed a little bit of attitude from the service advisor when I informed him that I was going to pay with my GM credit card rewards points. But other than that, it was fine.

I had an early morning appointment service and the check-in was rather quick. The customer service waiting area was .... -just a waiting area. The goodies for the waiting customers are no longer there (mini breakfast burritos, etc). there were 6 donuts there, but I do not consume those any more - so , they really were not available for me. My wait time was 90 minutes for the service I selected.
