Arrowhead Cadillac treated me very well they fixed the car in a timely manner but there is only one problem they did not have a loaner car for me so I had to go and rent a car for 3 days I buy a 73,000 car and this is the second time I had the car in the shop for the same thing computer problem I had to go run out of a cheap little gasoline car at my own expense

Jessica was extremely helpful in scheduling our appointment and offered us a loaner car if needed. Our Service Advisor Steven listen to our concerns and got us diagnosed and back on the road. Steven was positive and friendly which is not what we have experienced at other Cadillac Dealers.
