My appointments are always on time and Todd is my service advisor who is always professional and friendly. The entire showroom and entry area are always very clean and the waiting room has plenty of coffee, snacks and ice cream while you wait.

Arrowhead Cadillac did a great job with my car. My wait was minimal, and my problem resolved without issue. My service rep Dan kept me informed of the progress while I waited, my car was returned to me in great shape. So far Im very happy with the service Ive received at Arrowhead Cadillac.
