The manager email me some info regarding the car I was looking at was pre certified by Cadallic and was subject to very low interest rate financing among other Arrowhead Cadillac to anyone wanting a Cadillac perks. He assigned Barbara as my rep and we did the whole purchase via email and phone. I would highly reccomend

Everything about this service was outstanding! Starting with Jim and Julie in Sales and my dedicated customer service Manager, Todd, Arrowhead Cadillac definitely exceeded every expectation I had! I was coming off a Michigan attempt to solve some electronic issues with my new 2020 XT-5. My car was picked up at my home 45 minutes from the dealship, and the loaner delivered also. My car was washed inside and out and Todd Coffer communicated with me daily. Best deal experience Ive ever had!
