Had a fluid leak. Mike took care of it. He also arranged for a courtesy ride home and a ride back when my car was repaired. Excellent service, as always.

Service always great. My issue is that st the time of payment I was informed that a 3% surcharge would be added if I used a credit card. I know that in AZ that is legal, however, in my opinion it is a cost of running a business. I was charged roughly $149 for some times (30 mins) to diagnose that my washer squirrels had a disconnected hose. A half hour? The cost of $300/hr is roughly $600,000 fully loaded per year. They kept my car there for two weeks to fix two items and one got fixed and did not get fixed. I have gone to them many times in the past but this time things did not go as planned. Way too long with my car to not get it done right.
