Unbelievable When I came in on 10/08/2011 to retrieve a part I had ordered,I had to wait at the service desk while the manager talked on the phone. He looked right at me, but did not acknowledge my presence by saying "I'll be with you in a moment" or some sort of facial/hand gesture, not even a smile. I waited several minutes at the counter before I was helped, while the receptionist sat there, and he talked on the phone. Service at Lund Horrible service from the moment I walked in the door on Saturday, 10/01/2011.NO ONE greeted me when I came in, even though there was a receptionist and a service employee there. The first question I was finally asked is if I was returning a rental, rather than, "How are you today?".
