On 8/16 I had a rear blowout on my Cadillac. I was a hot mess sitting on the side of the freeway. I called my salesman David K. that I seem to ask everything lol and he knew I was stressed and frantic. He immediately got with service while he kept me on the line, within 30 minutes sweet Mel from roadside service was there to rescue me, he put a spare on to get me home and took my tire to get replace LD and bring back to me the next day! Exceptional service by these two!
