Because we live in California, I pursued a certified preowned vehicle purchase out of state, where it is always less expensive. I found a 2022 model in Arizona at Arrowhead Cadillac and proceeded to negotiate a reasonable price. When I was happy with the agreed to price, my wife and I took a short road trip to Phoenix to inspect and drive the vehicle. We've been doing business with only this dealership since we moved to Arizona in 2016 & for many reasons... customer service being a major factor! We've purchased 2 cars from here, do all of our maintenance within this dealership including the minor stuff... we wouldn't dare bring our car to a small chain somewhere! Wife was looking for an electric vehicle and wanted to look at a Lyriq. We tried to set something up with the "other guys" in Phoenix and couldn't get a call back. Walked in unannounced and Robert D'Onofrio greeted us and asked the normal litany of car salesman questions. He listened to me when I told him she was buying the car and as a former municipal fleet manager was more savvy than wondering where the mirror was and how the glove compartment opens and closes. My experience with Robert has been the best. He did not pressure was very genuinely kind, professional, accommodating and very pleasant. Never thought I would own a Cadillac but I do now!!!! I love my Cadillac XT5. I also must commend Pollyanne for her knowledge and professionalism! She was fun and definitely knows her job!!! I also must add that I am a Hugh Elvis fan and he drove many Cadillacs, now I've extended my fan collections and will call it Memphis!

Recently purchased a car from here. They treated me great, made the whole process easy, and were fair on the pricing and trade in offer. I would buy from them again. I worked with Mark Jones and he was great. The only real complaint I had was the 3% charge for using your credit card. That is unacceptable for ppl spending that kind of money

I will like to thank to good folks at Arrowhead Cadillac for servicing my Cadillac xT6. My go to guy is Dan Vega, who was very kind and knowledgeable. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Dan actually reads the service records and service contracts to save you money. I give him a 10 for all aspects of service.

I'm already rating 5 stars in the middle of my service repair. Off the bat the customer service was wonderful and welcoming. I as able to use a car while without mine and they got to my car quickly after me coming by as a walk in. I'm excited to be a new customer and will use them again in the near future. Erin C
