My service person Jim deserves a 10 . Came in for the product they put on the car and he found a problem that I did know I had which could have caused me to have a breakdown.
My service advisor Michael Tenant is still second to none in the Arrowhead Cadillac service department, he definitely know how to get you in and out prior and after repairs and also works well with his customers on repair cost.
They are fabulous. They fixed my issue and had me back on the road in no time. Bora is a wonderful service perspn.
