Great Service I took my CT6 in for repair and my Service Advisor was ready to help me as soon as I pulled up. In addition, he had reserved a loaner vehicle for me. Everything was ready to go and I was in/out and on my way back home in just a few minutes.

MR LOUIS R PIETRO I RECENTLY BROUGHT MY CADILLAC INTO ARROWHEAD FOR SOME SERVICE, WHICH I WAS FULLY SATISFIED. HOWEVER, 5 DAYS LATER(SAT AND SUNDAY INCLUDED) I RECEIVED A DISCOUNT MAILING IN MAIL DISCOUNTING SERVICE I HAD DONE. COULD HVE SAVED BIG BUCKS. I HAVE PURCHASED 5/6 CADILLACS FROM LUND/ARROWHEAD(MIKE MARTIN WAS SALESPERSON FORALL 5/6 CARS). ALL SERVICE WAS DONE BY LUND/ARROWHEAD. I THINK DEALERSHIP SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A HEADS UP. COULD HAVE DELAYED MY SERVICE ONE WEEK.
