DO NOT MOVE HERE I've lived here just about three years now, and at first it was great. Phil and Hillary ran the place and kept the property in amazing shape. The blonde property manager that replaced Phil does not do her job. The new assistant manager is not professional and does not take care of tenants. There are cheaper apartments available all over the Northshore, but I chose these because I thought they were a nice place to live. They were 3 years ago. Now this is not a good place to live. Horrible experience. The staff at Artesia Apartment complex does not care about their tenants nor their property. We’ll begin with the, “gated community.” The gate doesn’t even work! When the gate is “serviced,” it works for a week and then it gets jammed and you have to drive around the entire complex to get to your apartment. I called 2 weeks ago, issue is still not resolved. On the other hand, my door knob both inside and outside have fallen off multiple times! I get the same “manufacture defect” explanation. No replaceme... read more
