So far so good.... Been here two weeks and am loving it. The 1 bedroom apt is spacious and the grounds are clean. No problems with love in and the office staff is very friendly. Very glad I chose to move here!!

Property Manager Hasn't Called Me Back Once I called Julie, the property manager for Artesia in Covington, several times and did not received one phone call back from her. Her lunch times range from 11 am to 4 pm just in case you want to know. Claudia is the only person who follows up but unfortunately she does not have the power to make decisions and the decision makers have her be the bad guy. I would think long and hard before choosing to reside here.
HORRIBLE Customer Service!!! My family & I visited this property to see what they had to offer and we were greeted by the most unpleasant leasing agent I've ever encountered in my history of renting. She asked (in a condescending way)how could she help us. When we told her we were looking for a two bedroom she said we only have a one bedroom to tour. Then she went on to tell us we'd have to wait 30 minutes & we could go somewhere else and come back because she had to lock up the building (in the meantime Fedex delivery pulls... read more
