Not what I expected. This spot is definitely more suited for adult roommates and the setup feels more like a hotel stay than a long-term living space. There is no on-site parking and at this time no alternative space offered except the street. Looked at a 2 BR with rent starting at almost $2,700/mo which already factored in one month free on a 13-month signed lease. Avoid ArtHaus at All Costs My experience at ArtHaus has been an absolute nightmare. The train noise is unbearable, made worse by the poor-quality windows that do nothing to block the sound. Even with the best earplugs, I was woken up in the middle of the night regularly, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
