I loved the food. The service was incredible. They charged us for two additional dinners by mistake( I hope) So far we are getting the runaround getting a refund. We had a dinner party of 6. We all had Steak and Lobster. They charged us for 8? I have faith they will do the right thing.
Another Five Star evening at Arthurs. From the excellent wait staff to the timing of various courses, to the value of the meal. All is elegant. Our favorite table is # 80 [ on the side area of the dining room ] and our favorite waiter is Richard.

Turned out great. Even though for some reason my reservation through Open Table didn’t show up at the restaurant. The staff was quick to try to have me re-enter the reservation to allow me to get my points. I said it was ok. We (3) had the surf and turf plate which was spectacular. The appetizers were great - calamari and crab cake. Had a wonderful experience being first timers. Did have to request for our waiter once but his overall service was great.
This restaurant has reasonable prices for a high quality menu. And at the back of the restaurant is a club, dance floor, and live music.
This place has incredible food and service. Each time I’ve been, the wait staff go above and beyond to make the whole experience amazing, and the prices aren’t bad at all for the quality of food you get. The lobster/fillet special on the weekends is unbelievable. You also get your choice of a salad or soup. Lobster Bisque is the best you’ll have and to finish it off, you get your choice of cheesecake or the cream brûlée if you get the lobster/ filet mignon special. 👍👍👍👍
First time visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Our server, Hamid, was attentive, knowlegable and friendly. The food was delicious. We then spent time in the bar listening to music and dancing. We had a great time and will definitely make a return visit.
Overall 7.5 out of 10. Service was excellent. Atmosphere classy, but too dark (even for a romantic setting). Food was very good, but not as good as the price would indicate. For comparison: the best steak house I ever experienced is Peter Lugar's in New York. For a comparable price, Peter Lugar's meat was clearly superior.
Great experience, they wait staff is exceptional, the private rooms help to make a special occasion really "special" and the food is fantastic!
