Disappointed by the service and ambiance; the food was as usual quite good. Let me start with ambiance. I specifically requested a private booth. Upon arrival, we were shown a table in the servers traffic zone with an adjacent table less than 3 feet away. It was clear from the start that the restaurant of low on servers. Our server was mediocre, at best; lacking friendly personality and quite run down with other tasks. Arthur’s offers great food, excellent service and wonderful ambiance.
Fantastic ambiance. It was Valentine’s Day so it was a little crowded and a little noisy from the band but overall an outstanding place for a romantic evening.
