Outstanding foods! Professional Waiters; linen tablecloths; no pressure to order or to eat. Relaxing & enjoyable. Plan to spend 1.5 to 2 hours dir dining, so enjoy your time! Have been coming here for 5 years! Highly recommended!
The place was busy, but not too bad. Air conditioning was not working early on, but came on after about 30 minutes. Too dark.
Perhaps we should have ordered off the traditional menu rather than the restaurant week one and we may have had a better experience. Food was fine but nothing memorable. I found 2 scales and a fish bone in my rockfish. My husband’s steak was cooked perfectly. Dessert mousse should’ve been served on a chilled plate as it melted quickly. We went to Arthur's for Restaurant Week. We loved their preset menu. Every item on the preset 3-course menu was delicious. The service was excellent. The ambiance is soft and romantic. We can't wait to come back to try out their regular menu. We highly recommend Arthur's for Restaurant Week.

The food was excellent as always. Service, however, was not. First, they were understaffed. Second, they ran out of the champagne brie soup, and had to make another batch. So, about an hour and a half from the time we sat down to getting our soup, and then another 30-40 minutes before the entree arrived. Waiter kept us semi-informed as to the delays.
