They basically force you to come into the office for an appointment even though they have the option for virtual appointments. To me this is refusing patient care. If a patient requested a virtual appointment and the doctor declines this option that is called refusing patient care. I have asked to speak directly with doctor Setia and explained I am unable to meet in person at this time and the she still declined to speak with me until I scheduled an office visit. I am very lucky that this is the rheumatologist office I got an appointment with. I was hit with a debilitating lupus flare not knowing I had lupus. This medical team is the best of the best. Seriously, of all my medical teams, these folks have their stuff straight... figured out. Beyond outstanding medical care, Articularis runs their business like a business, uses all the best tools for communication, referrals, etc. Another office took over a month to process referrals... unsuccessfully.
