Tree fell on our house and the team at Artisan Exteriors helped with the entire process from start to finish. Sol dealt directly with our insurance company to get us a full roof replacement. The work was completed to my satisfaction as I used to be a contractor and I was extremely glad the way the crew performed the work. Clean up was very good as well considering the time of year. Glad we found this company on HomeAdvisor and will recommend to others.

Excellent customer service but needs to pay more attention to detail
A true pleasure working this very professional company. The job was started and completed on time. The quality of the work was outstanding. Sol explained every phase of the project in detail and was always readily available to answer our questions and concerns. I had to replace 5 skylights that were shot and leaking into our kitchen. I contacted two companies - Artisan, and a second one. Sol took personal ownership of every phase of the project, from initially scoping what was needed to overseeing his team through every phase of the work. I had one other quote - the company rep came over, took a few pictures from the ground, and gave me a verbal quote significantly lower than the one I received from Artisan.
