This disgusting company sent Joe, a door to door salesman, to my home who flipped me off, was a disgustingly rude kid, and a bigot. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Company withheld banking information to process additional payments that were never Authorized. Emailed the company and left a 1 star review on Google. Next morning, owner called stating they would refund the unauthorized payments, and asked to change the Google Rating.....needless to say, I have yet to receive my money back for services never received. All this company's leadership cares about is receiving payments, and positive reviews. Buyer Beware!!!!!
I have called Aruza multiple times asking for a call back from the door to door sales manager. No call back. Don't trust a company that cannot return a phone call.
Do NOT recommend! They have been taking payments without providing services to us! We have sent an email with proof and have yet to contact us in regards. They refuse to let us out of our contract and refund our money! Very poor service and I will never refer this company to ANYONE!
