RecommendedJacob was so helpful! Checking the pipes leading into our home and treating the areas where there were spaces and recommending we spray these spaces with foam, which we have, was super helpful. We didn't think to look at all the pipes. He explained everything and checked where we asked. I also mentioned that in the near future, we'll be putting in a patio out back and he warned us to see increased activity but not for too long and the reasons why. So we'll be on alert! Thanks Jacob!
