RecommendedGreat Customer Service from Mr. Rick! We were in the middle of a virtual school day and he was quick, made a point to try not to distract the kiddo, and was very pleasant! It was also raining, so he made sure to inform me of the different treatment he was using and properly treated the exterior of our home, despite being rained on! I definitely appreciate his attention to details (even moved outdoor potted plants to treat around them), his great attitude & kindness. Absolutely would recommend! Thanks again!
We've had aruza for atleast a year now and have no complaints! Spoke to Rick today for our treatment and he was informative and very pleasant to talk to. He made sure to let me know that if we have any problems after our treatment, to call him and he will be right back out to help! I always appreciate someone who takes time to talk face to face and address any problems we might be having.
I want to say this is Rick second time to come at my house and he is as pleasent as he was the first time . He asked what I needed and did the job well. would recommend Rick to do the job right and have good manners.
