Johnathan Parker was here today to do my quarterly service. He did an excellent job. He was very polite, friendly and professional, and addressed all the concerns I had. It was a pleasure to have met him, he is truly an asset to Aruza.
Service was thorough. Tech was polite. There is always additional service if needed, just call but I have never needed service between normal scheduled services.
Very Efficient and courteous and always give a heads up before they are coming.
